This is also the same engine that is used in the bonkers Mercedes-AMG GLS63, which is an even more athletic brother of this plush one. This V8 unit is tuned to provide 603 horses in its AMG iteration.

An SUV of this size might look like it takes its royal time to eat up tarmac but that’s not the case.
